Privacy Policy for AgentCalc
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
AgentCalc is developed and operated by John Tumbaco. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the AgentCalc mobile application.
Information Stored on Your Device
AgentCalc allows you to enter and save information such as:
Calculator inputs and results
Saved scenarios
Deal names
Client names
Property addresses
Agent profile and contact information
Brokerage information
Headshots and company logos you select
App preferences and settings
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage technologies. John Tumbaco does not receive or have access to this locally stored information.
Removing the app may permanently delete information stored by AgentCalc unless it was separately exported or backed up through services provided by your device.
Analytics
AgentCalc uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the app is used and improve its features, reliability, and user experience.
AgentCalc may send TelemetryDeck anonymous usage information including:
App launches
Completion of onboarding
Which calculator was opened
Creation of a deal
Saving or updating a scenario
Generation of a PDF report
Viewing the AgentCalc Pro screen
Starting a purchase or restore action
The selected subscription or purchase plan when a purchase is initiated
App version, build number, operating-system version, device type, and similar technical information
An anonymized identifier associated with the app installation
An anonymous session identifier
A timestamp associated with an event
AgentCalc does not send TelemetryDeck:
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or license numbers
Client names or contact information
Property addresses
Brokerage or profile information
Headshots or logos
Calculator inputs, financial amounts, interest rates, results, or report contents
Completed purchase history or payment information
TelemetryDeck anonymizes identifiers before analytics events are transmitted. TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses and does not use the collected information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

In-App Purchases
AgentCalc offers subscriptions and a one-time purchase through Apple’s App Store.
Purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit. John Tumbaco does not receive your payment-card information or Apple Account credentials. Apple may provide AgentCalc with transaction and entitlement information necessary to determine whether AgentCalc Pro features should be available.
Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and applicable App Store terms.
Photos and Images
AgentCalc allows you to select a headshot or company logo for use in reports. AgentCalc can access only the images you choose through Apple’s system photo picker.
Selected images are stored locally within the app’s data and are not uploaded to John Tumbaco or TelemetryDeck.
PDF Reports and Sharing
AgentCalc can generate PDF reports containing information you entered into the app.
Reports are created on your device. AgentCalc does not automatically upload these reports. If you choose to share or export a report, the receiving application, service, or person may process it according to their own privacy practices.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to include and share any personal, client, property, or business information contained in a report.
Information Sharing
AgentCalc does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by:
TelemetryDeck, for anonymous app analytics
Apple, for App Store purchases, subscriptions, entitlement verification, and services provided by the operating system
A service or recipient you select when you intentionally share or export a report
Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information saved in AgentCalc remains on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app from your device.
Anonymous analytics information is retained according to TelemetryDeck’s policies.
Because AgentCalc does not operate user accounts or receive your locally stored app data, John Tumbaco generally cannot access, retrieve, modify, or delete that information on your behalf.
Tracking and Advertising
AgentCalc does not use analytics information for advertising, does not display third-party advertisements, and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Children’s Privacy
AgentCalc is not directed toward children under 13, and John Tumbaco does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by AgentCalc. However, no device, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for reviewing reports before sharing them.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as AgentCalc’s features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
Continued use of AgentCalc after an update means that the revised policy applies to your use of the app.
